Everybody needs to live somewhere---you can't live in a mutual fund...Real estate will always be in demand regardless of the market circumstances...God stop making land on the 7th day (unless you live near a volcano)---you can't build a house on top of your IRA...Real Estate will benefit from diminished availability (supply) as our population expands due to natural reproduction and immigrant inflex.My vote is---well, it's pretty obvious...Regards,Scott Miller

Mostly so the standard items are covered and so they are not confused or exposed to extra liability.You can note on the standard contract that the offer is subject to the items on addendum A and then supply your form with the clauses you want added.Independent of how you get to the end, make sure you read closely the full offer and understand what you are committing to do.
