Question to ask the seller
When reviewing a investment property (rental) what initial questions should ask the seller? Current rent roll? Review W2? etc....
Thanks all

Rent roll, expenses, vacancies and any deferred maintenance that needs to be taken care of. I’m sure that you understand that the seller is going to paint a picture that is most favorable to him. If, after you get the initial information, you are still interested then you go into the next step which is verifying everything and have the property inspected, looking at tax returns, etc. Remember the words of Ronald Reagan, “Trust but verify”.
