Negotiate on the phone!

Even if you did drop some mailers and the phone started to ring, would you know how to properly vest the call?

Nevertheless, they still picked up the phone and called me (they usually mention how they get loads of mail from people like me).

I found a site called addtext.com and it's super easy to add your company name and phone number to each photo.

Also, phone, don't email them.

If you can drop in and talk to a planner, you'll get way better info than over the phone.

I have called the owner on his cell phone three times with no reply, at first I thought I had the wrong number until I looked him up and saw it was the right number then emailed him also with no reply.

Free cell phones, diabetic test strips and mostly "we buy houses"... you don't buy houses, you buy trashy signs.

And I do really like having a phone like to call with any and all my questions (and trust me, I'm getting my money worth on that one ) and to run deals past. 

Only the caller and his sister spoke any English, the other two adults did not understand my questions at all.This is exactly why I don't ever give out my phone number :)If somebody cannot read an ad that I spent a lot of time writing, I don't have any interest in wasting more of my time on them.I also only allow 1 adult occupant per bedroom with the exception of allowing a couple to rent a 1 BR unit.
