A few high profile class action law firms are going after the National Association of Realtors, many of the largest MLS systems in the country, and others alleging that the current system in which MLS systems require sellers to pay commissions to buyer's agents violates antitrust laws.   

This, in fact, is where all of the building takes place, and this is likely the highest risk profile.

It depends on your plan, and the criteria for deals dictated by it...and then, the specific market you are investing in whose profile matches the criteria from your plan. 

First and most importantly find out if you are ready for homeownership, if your profile fits the criteria then following the next steps in the direction you're looking to go in.

Hey bigger pockets new member I've have my profile for awhile but first time posting.Just moved to salt lake for Southern California and I'm looking to get in and learn about wholesaling and flipping/investing I'm new to all of but I've always had an interest in real estate every job I've had a always find myself coming back to think about it and I feel it's finally the time to take the steps into getting the ball rolling and make something happen and gain financial freedom and time with my family so any advice anybody has to give I am more then willing to except it.
