I don't know the exact paperwork requirements in your state, but go online and get the Articles of Organization form - http://www.sos.mo.gov/business/corporations/forms.aspCall and confirm what are the required filing fees and if any other paperwork is needed for filing (e.g., cover letter, etc.)

What I  wasn't banking on was the conflict of interest between nation star homesearch and greenlight.

Homepath has renovation mortgages, which requires much more red tape and leg work on my part (I suppose the same with 203K loans), but...I'm trying to look at REI from a more corporate, long term stand point.
