I guess where do u draw the line? 

I work in IC on various U of I construction projects but invest in CR.

@Mark Miles- there is absolutely no denying that .. if I may ask - what other locations for STRs are u considering ?

If you are a real estate agent yes but if you not a real estate agent you don't want to be someone you are not because that's illegal and it can get u in a lot of trouble.

I dont know about dead   Cowboy Kent Rollins lives and does his U tube cooking show from there its his world headquarters and he is a U tube legend.

what you describe is a great way to go broke.you sign a lease to the landlord your renting from U are on the hook.next thing you know the tenant you rented to does not pay and squats  you still are paying your landlord and having to pay for evictions ..
