**Infrastructure Development and Transportation:**Tulum's infrastructure is evolving, with plans for shopping malls, cinemas, and major retailers.

Also, if they get behind and you kick them out because of it, they lose their section 8 assistance and the waiting list is years long so they do NOT want that and find money when they need to (through friends, charities, etc.).What I don't like:  Yearly inspections.   

The best source may be to call active listings as well.

I found a particular report on https://www.strinsights.com/that lists the best markets in terms of gross ROI, with figures ranging from 6% to 28%.

I listed the price necessary to consult.  

For a real estate Lawyer and CPA in the Akron area, I'd recommend checking out local listings or asking for referrals from other investors.

I could list several more incidents.
