Hello Beloved BP Community - I come to you once again for advice:I spent the last 10 years of my life being a W2 individual with decent income.  

I was told by multiple people in the real estate world that I would only be able to use the VA loan twice in my entire life.

Really investing requires you to learn how to study the technicals in order to determine the financial health of a company and make an informed decision about whether or not to put your capital at risk there.

I know its hard to give this type of advice because of all the variables and everyone is in a different place/moment with their real estate careers, but I would like to know how YOU would use it at this moment in time in your life. 

That book blew my mind and my thinking about life and work has changed. 

Same with health insurance.

I want to be successful so I can quit my day job and persue my life long dream.

I grew up in Miami for most of my life, and lived there for about two years in the Naples, FL/Fort Myers, FL area.

Also, I just want a life that allows me to take time to give to others when they need help with anything.
