How can I spend my cash and get a decent return for my efforts?

It looked like you could do a couple a week without to much effort. 

It's a joint effort of a great market, and owner input.. it's a not a free ride.

I think the long term occupancy is worth the efforts IMO.

If you're willing to put in the time and effort to understand your market, I can almost guarantee it will pay you 100X in the future.

Hey all,Just recently stumbled upon this forum in an effort to expand my knowledge of getting into the home rehab arena.I've also been reading through some of JScott's 123 website, and it seems to have some great information.

Where as It takes time and effort to cash out if I can even cash all of it out at that point.

When I hire a real estate agent to sell my house, they are out of pocket all the marketing costs and effort until the deal is done (weeks/months).

I am taken back at the complexity and efforts this agent and husband have gone.
