This is one for the history books: He has locked himself out and broken down the door/ created a hostile living environment for the other tenant/ had the police officers at his apartment 4 times in 1 week/ has a restraining order against a ''lady he picked up off the street" who now lives with him. 

For those who invest in Evansville, IN I just got a call from a lady who is selling a triplex on Fountain Ave.

If lady luck is with you, nothing will happen and you'll have that extra cash to put towards the next property. 

You definitely don't need to be a millionaire to get started, you just have to get creative :) I was speaking to a lady today who owns a $450k home, has $250+ in equity and $100k in cash and thinks she doesn't have enough to get started.

That said, I know tons of guys that gamble on these spreads but in my opinion (and not worth much) it just isn't worth the headache when you can get a better return with a REIT or MLP.

There also looks to be issues where gaming has expanded with a bailout in Delaware and financial issues in other states (granted bankruptcy is very common even with successful companies as Caesars globally is doing right now) but the point is you need much more than just gambling. 

I know alot of investors gambling and buying during this period illegally BUT not something I would ever try, if they catch you, the fines are huge.
