Another example - I have several STR's that I self manage, and I maintain 80%+ occupancy (higher than the avg in the area) by just posting on Airbnb.

And unless they're strictly for living in full time & travelling, they're going to need to be stored somewhere, right? 

In order for the broker to get paid they need to have a written agreement of how they are getting paid and by whom, everything has to be by the book, with full disclosures per your state law.
