Other considerations... are the rehabbers warehousing items that they go through a lot of, or is everything being purchased at Lowe's/Home Depot, and then getting a contractor markup on those items? 

Home Depot also put in the powder room windows wrong so they got order wrong and didn't match the rest of the windows.
