Most places will give you a license for all properties, but they will want all properties listed, if not, it would be per propety so check with them.Reason, besides them ripping you off for revenue, is to place each property on the personal property rolls, paying taxes on personal property related to the property, like appliances.You may also have office equipment for the personal property rolls, like furniture and fixtures as well as office equipment.Yep, we got tagged for all of this for new personal property taxes!
