From what I have read these shooters come up quite often from a dying tree or from one of the roots that were damaged.Here is just one suggestion I found about "controlling" these shooters.When I mentioned to a neighbor last fall that I seemed to have a hopeless problem trying to get rid of some thistles that kept coming up in my front lawn in spite of everything I had tried to get rid of them, she said her husband used Weed B Gone on them and other weeds in their lawn.

(supply and demand) artificial government interference does not help the market, it messes up real progress and productivity in the right directions.another example, resources are limited so if there is only one tractor and it is given to a farmer who has failed in business and paid for by the taxes of the farmer who is successful in business, the successful farmer can't have the tractor. the unsuccessful farmer is not likely to be able to pay for the tractor out of his future earnings. this is not good for the economy even if politicians think it is wonderful.great book.

Better there are well.The thing to understand is that your best cashflow is going to be on a property that's paid off, but it's artificial, because you have to put more cash into it to force that return.

We have artificial support at present with 80 billion per month being created with no foundation and interest rates being kept artificially low, imo.Jeffrey- You must be dealing in newer "A" properties.

There are some expenses like trash, insurance, lawn care, which are pretty much fixed (very small change) therefore when you buy more units, let's say 4 units, your cash flow will be much better than a SFR.Most investors shoot for $100 per unit when investing multifamily.
