Absolutely incredible the amount of damage it caused, but luckily no one was killed.It went right between my 2 rental homes, and destroyed everything in between but luckily my two were mostly unharmed.I did have bunch of shingles blown off one of the homes, but luckily the insurance company really did me a solid.What are the tax implications of having damaged property repaired??

9 out of 10 will pick concrete. the one that will pick blacktop has not lived in a house that has blacktop for a driveway.the blacktop cracks, you make tire marks, you track the black in the house. and it's hot as hell when it's 95F out. that's why the highways last longer if it's with concrete.we can debate this all day and wont help. blacktop is not better than concrete.

When I moved next time after college I kept the trailer and land and rented it out (my tenants destroyed it, I was not a good landlord) but I made the payments with the tenants money, when I eventually sold that I was able to pay off the junky house I bought in a new town where my new job was.
