Thanks for posting, @Dan Gheesling  I've spent some time in the Detroit area for work and I must say, Detroit has some beautiful suburbs.

I'm fortunate enough to witness it first hand.

This is exactly what will help impress your customers when you sell it.Anything that can make your type of property look more beautiful is a must-have, be it something for home interiors or a graceful item for outside.

As I've been a witness to literally thousands of cases and hundreds of litigation matters, including many contested matter, and even been in dozens personally as alligator wrestler, most cases don't petition to have the PR removed, only hold their feet to the fire.

I just started using them this month and it is working out BEAUTIFULLY.

We'll have to put about $100-150K inside and out to make it beautiful (it's a Victorian), including some tenant buyouts (maybe even giving a tenant an FHA downpayment for their own first home!)

I adopted that outlook.I got to witness the bad luck aspect first hand.

If you are doing a high end rehab or are staging a high end spec build I very highly recommend using some of their beautiful and well made products.
