Buying Real Estate While Being A Student

I am currently a full time student planning on dropping out after getting my associates degree. I have my own construction business that i just started recently and im looking into investing my money into real estate. I have $10k saved up but no previous incomes from any jobs since i never worked on check. Would someone please inform me on different ways i can borrow or buy real estate ? Advice is highly appreciated.
