Some counties web sites are more user friendly than others you may have to look at a tax parcel map and search by the parcel in the search function.  

Some take commercial breaks and pitch stuff like hard money lenders, business credit, virtual assistants, landlord services, deal partnering, websites, marketing services, home security devices, etc.

Hey everyone, I wanted to know if any landlords see value in having a home security system on a rental property?

(Yes, Carlton's course had a few paragraphs that addressed private money, however he didn't really say how to find it or secure it) I devoured every book I could find in the store on creative real estate investing.

I would use a large one since they often can give you a login access to do your own searches via the web (I use Chicago Title).

The transaction is exactly like buying a rental property with a tenant and not like a mortgage or deed of trust transaction which are sold as standalong instruments with their secured notes.
