Is there such a thing as a real estate photographer?

When it comes to occupancy, VA guidelines specify that a spouse can satisfy the occupancy requirement if the veteran cannot personally occupy the dwelling within a reasonable amount of time (typically 60 days) due to distance employment other than military service. 

I'm an Army veteran and will be using a VA loan for my first purchase, and hope to cash out refi and buy another multifamily once I've learned the ropes of deal evaluation and land lording.  

I am a 10 year (and counting) US Navy veteran.
