The area is trying to rebuild but it is still in the earlier stage, although some casinos have reopened. 

Buyer feedback is that it's nice and fairly priced, they just have so much to choose from at this stage.

I've checked all of the normal boxes to get interest like great staging, open houses, and nice finishes.
