Would you own the land as well or just the trailer??

I currently stationed in the Virginia Beach area of Virginia(my wife and i currently reside with her mother to save up money) butI am in the military and have traveled around alot.

For this reason alone I would never buy or even loan on any property sight unseen.Once satisfied I like the area, and after I met and was convinced I could trust this person’s opinion, I could see using him for backup info on whether a specific deal made sense and was worth traveling to see.

I do wonder if I'm paying for that potential flexibility in the form of higher interest rate (6.5% fixed for 5 years with a 12% cap)I've been in contact with them regarding this refi and they plan to send a guy out next week to do what I think isn't going to be a very involved appraisal, but which I think will be fairly accurate, and the lender will definitely do a cash out refi hence the potential seed moneyAlso, my situation is unique because my wife is a traveling nurse, and I'm willing to do anything temporarily.

Actually, we shipped the Viper so there was no Vroom Vroom in a truck pulling a trailer for 2500 miles!

Pretty standard stuff, no livestock, antennas, signs, tractor trailers, etc.

Train kids to manage it for you so you have plenty of free time to travel!

Will you own the trailers too, or just the lot?

I don't know much about his program, but he is a sharp guy with a good reputation in the circles I travel in.
