I do not like going into Atlanta or the traffic.

The street has enough of traffic but it’s more of a residential area.

I even make calls in my car while stuck in beltway rush hour traffic, on my 1.5 hr commute home from my job.

The location may not be the best for this type of property but it's located in a high traffic location with plenty of retail around and close to downtown.

I feel that $350/$400 for a storefront is too low for the location and amount of traffic that passes by.

Facility can be seen from main road behind restaurants with about 8,000 cars per day traffic.  3 buildings with 68 total units- mostly 10x10s with a few 5x10s.  

The traffic is pretty crazy down there.

But some things that may be different are related to increased traffic.

We planned a last minute trip with the family, and then found out that this weekend is Black Bike Fest, attracting tens of thousands of bikers to the area to party and who know what else.We are concerned about detours, delayed traffic, busy beaches and restaurants, and of course safety.Thanks for your help!

We literally have foreclosure banks asking for retail prices...even if it means they have to hire a contractor to replace paint and carpet to get it.The one major downside is traffic.
