Until the new policies are laid out Im very concerned as an owner because again the inquiry traffic, control over bookings and collecting of payments is being further high jacked leaving the owner with less organic control over the business.

Kalea I won't disagree with most on the fact that Tampa is a great investment, but if you're going to live there, plan on dealing with traffic.
