Hello All~Somehow I am just finding this online community....looking forward to learning and sharing in this online forum.I buy single-family homes, mainly foreclosures, rehab and remodel them and turn them into higher-end rental properties.  

A few years ago I also remodeled my complete basement.

They are offering to pay us 90 days worth of living expenses even though the remodel took 12 months due to their lack of a General contractor. 

My husband and I have been remodeling a home outside of Spokane.

You have a great newly remodeled house in a nice neighborhood that will likely attract good tenants, and you screen them to validate income, credit history, references, etc.

The condo was just remodeled and my tenants are fantastic.

I have seen pictures of it and the description in the MLS says that the kitchen has been remodeled.
