Pros:Get into more affordable markets.Get into areas at offer a higher return they your area.Cons:Need a property manager.Need to be able to validate what your being told.Have to pay for basic services (ie have to hire out to replace a toilet because its cheaper then flying out to do it yourself).

We eventually r gonna put it back on the market, yahoo know the proverbial "always think about resales' and in a way I feel like if it's a deal breaker then so be it cuz it's definitely not a starter home and would rather buyers who obsess over a easily removable toilet and sink than square footage convenience and customized value to just move along sooner than later.

They didn't think about the funny smell in the house and the wet toilet paper in the back yard meant that it needed a new sewer line or that a new roof could be so much money.My point is that its not about WHOLESALERS being idiots.
