I have a reliable maintenance team and listing agent, and historically handle leases and rental payments electronically. 

Currently I am currently an analyst with the loan originations team at a non-bank commercial real estate lender. 

I have family and friends in the general area so traveling there to look at properties/meet with a team can also be excuses to visit family.Those are the main reasons.

That's because I've lost money in the past.

Are there incentives or deductions set up from the start of a project that motivates the team and eliminates the need for micro managing? 

She eventually left without incident, one month lost rent.Now, if YOU file the eviction prior to her 30 days being up, she will have a cause of action against YOU for retaliation, and may be able to extend her occupancy for FREE!!!

Many, many people died, people lost brothers, cousins boyfriends, you name it.

Additionally You would need a very strong team on the ground.
