How to find a good team?
Hi All, my name is DeMario I am new(ish) to real estate investing. I am currently partnered(silently)!with a colleague on a fix & Flip project. However, I would like to venture out and get some solo fix & flips on my own. I was wondering how could I go about finding good contractors, agents and lenders who would be willing to work with someone new?
