@Fred Dray My Current situation is we are a property investment company managing it's own portfolio.We outsource most maintenance jobs to individuals.The management arm has been overlooked by me and the Managing Director when he is available.However my big weakness is that as the company is growing bigger I need to build a strong team and I would like to digitize my management(been mostly old school) so as to provide concise reports for company management.Therefore, I have no idea how to go about it as I've been mostly conducting things myself over the years.Please assist on how to go about this...

I've connected with a lot of great people on this site over the past few months and I was hoping to get a team of NJ newbies together for a meet up in March.

I am looking at doing rehabs on small historic homes in my area and found a realtor that not only owns several herself, but is a contractor that rehabs historic homes and already has a team of folks that can help with several aspects of the process, putting together the application, etc. 

Again, it's a seriously hot market, so you will have to have a local team to view and vet properties for you.

(In progress): Flood my brain with real estate investing knowledge, stash money for down payment, and build my team (so far I have a breacher, heavy gunner, and demolition expert).

@Iman Yu congratulations, I used to ignore properties from RICH emails, as a Realtor I usually look at listed properties in mls, but my partner/fiance checks other sources too.It is great that people share their experiences here. and also you are building your team which is really important.looking forward hearing about your next deal.

The best thing you can do when you are first starting out is to team up with a mentor to get some skin in the game for your first few deals.
