Hi @Nawaz Azam,I am not a developer per se, but I did spend several years after college working in large-balance commercial real estate finance.Your local community banks probably have a fairly good idea of the market and whether or not building out the subdivision would currently be feasible.Has anyone done a market analysis and feasibility study?

My plan is to use the house as an owner occupied and eventually move out and rent the whole thing,and repeat .I've seen this strategy referd to as house hacking on the site.l found a duplex in a decent area with enough storage for my equipment but lm not sure about the numbers .Here it is, I would appreciate any feedback.

I was impressed considering how ugly they originally were.I'd paint the cabinets, replace the tops, replace the sink, build an island out of off-the-shelf cabinets for more storage, add a tile backsplash and maybe find some used, black appliances.That way, the kitchen is more attractive because it looks like it is on purpose.
