Hey guys,

I am a recent college grad and was wondering if anyone had any tips to be successful at a younger age. Im 22 with a 55k income and was hoping to buy my first property by 24 (18 months). Is that a feasible goal...? If anyone has any tips or suggestions/starter books that would be greatly appreciated as well!

Hey man! Welcome to the grind!

I recommend you study hard while you save up enough money for your emergency fund and down payment.

The secret to financial freedom at a young age lies in frugality and leverage.
