I am aware of wholesalers that try to make the deal into a "win-win" for both themselves and the seller, and in speaking with them I think this can actually be a potential competitive advantage.I'm relatively new to BP and still 'researching' how the majority of wholesalers operate, but it seems to me that real estate purchase option agreements are a more elegant way to conduct this type of business.I'm in the process of trying to put together a blog that, hopefully, will allow me to demonstrate this. 

These details were all relatively inexpensive things that we could build and/or paint ourselves without having to pay for extra labor.

The tax issues with estates and related inheritances are extremely complex.

Sort of like sidewalks (which have precedent that seems to be relatively homeowner friendly around here), but this isn't quite that.  

I am relatively new to Biggerpockets.

as it relates to SFR owner occ homes I dont see a big default thing coming soon.. so many people locked in 3 and 4 % money for 30 years.. and even adjustables are going to be around 5 when they reset.
