How to get started...financing.

Mitchell Vail
Posted

I am relatively new to Biggerpockets. I am a licensed realtor in both NC and SC. Looking to begin investing in single family and multifamily properties (flip and sell/rentals). The biggest hurdle is getting the capital upfront for deals. Working at my current 1099 less than two years eliminates my ability to get a loan from a bank. How do I get started? There is no time to waste.
