@Mansi MehtaIn our experience, the #1 mistake owners make when selecting a Property Management Company (PMC) is ASSUMING instead of CONFIRMING.It's often a case of not doing enough research, as they don't know what they don't know!

.- New kitchen floor: seems like the consensus pick on this are luxury vinyl planks (due to durability and design) and I've seen several mention that Lumber Liquidators offers good selection/pricing.

The neighborhoods you listed all have them but the selection is pretty slim right now.
