Hello BP world. My name is Ferris, located in the Houston Texas area and I have been following the BP brand on Youtube for a few months now. I've just recently joined the community and I have to say I am loving everything about it so far. I have 0 experience in real estate investment but I do believe I want to buy and hold properties. I'm looking for some creative ways for market entry but mostly I'm looking forward to meeting and networking with some of you in the Houston area as well as those around the country.
