Buying based on hope a property will go up in value more than you paid is a recipe for disaster especially when investors are getting into so much debt.Hoping is not a strategy.On that note I would love to buy a holiday apartment in the Bahamas hehe.Thanks

In my case, the memory i have when a child was going on holidays with my parents and staying at a hotel where the window of the room was literally at the bells height, so very loud ;) kind of extreme case I guess ...
