I’d like to get the property insured.

I’m completely new to fix and flip but I have been doing some research, I’ve been looking at distressed properties in my area for example one I’m looking at now the listing price is $359k Arv is $550k the contractor fee would be $33k without materials I’ve been looking at fix and flip loans saying they would finance 90% LTC and 100% rehab .

I am in the process of learning and plan to use house hacking as my investing strategy for the first few properties.

Additionally, I’m partnering with a friend where we then can take advantage of a first-time homebuyer program, but we’re unfamiliar with the available options in Charlotte.Your guidance and expertise in helping us find suitable properties and navigate these programs would be greatly appreciated.

After 6 months, I'd use my LLC to purchase the property for $150K.
