Sure I could just decide to not listen to this specific episode after the warning, but if I were to miss the warning then I may run the risk of coming across hypocritical to my kids.Also, if I suggest to other people to listen to the BiggerPockets, I don’t want to always have to add, just don’t listen to episode 409 with your kids around because that episode has foul language.I say if you are going to create a brand that is known to produce educational content that is suitable for all ages, then just stick to the same brand, unless of course the goal is to try to rebrand BiggerPockets as not a family friendly podcast.

If it is the tenant make sure they know they are responsible for their own trash and have them clean it up plus maybe suggest they buy some more if the ones they have don't accommodate the trash they produce.
