My closing costs predictions were close overall, but I found that my insurance prediction was off significantly as was my home inspection cost.

I spoke to a fellow investor friend of mine earlier today and while he is somewhat of a "doomsday prepper" he had also predicted the real estate market crash back in 2005. 

Just remember those same trends couldn't predict a Michigan , Nevada, or Florida.Sometimes it's better to look at other figures to predict the ups and downs.We each have our areas, I know what I'm doing is working well.

@Hannah Price While it's admirable that you want to help someone out of a bad situation, my prediction is that it does nothing for making connections.

One of the predictions for this upcoming year is continued downward pressure on cash on cash return with low inventory, rising prices, rising interest rates and rents not quite keeping pace with rising prices and rising interest rates.

Also as one person's prediction that the time is right to take profits and get out at the top of the market.
