You have to keep in mind that when you're looking at Zillow, you're practically looking at deals that "everyone" is looking at.

To explain what I see is a lot of potential investors and investors with limited exposure go down a rabbit hole and spend countless dollars they do not have because someone is trying to sell asset protection to them.  

They are not ethical and do not practice good business. 

I had a situation this last yaer where I had a simultaneously recorded first and second (in practicality).

I wont disagree but you may find that PMI is worth it to get into a specific deal potentially.
