I like Stessa with how it sets up separate bank accounts per each my properties I don't like that it doesn't give the option to have like maintenance request or repairs from the tenants.

Which makes it difficult for positive cash flow.

I've heard of people selling loans with guarantees, but I haven't been involved with one myself, nor do I know anyone who exercised the option.

I consider that to be a positive sign, unless the area is blighted (this one isn't.)
