Any lawsuits should be limited to the assets of the LLC and not your personal assets (assuming you run the LLC appropriately and the corporate veil is not pierced, some debate as to SMLLC).

I've found many excellent wholesalers I do business this way.Another approach...just Google "sell my house" in your area and there will be at least 3-4 paid ads, and dozens more unpaid that will pop up.

I deposit my paychecks there and for all the time the money would usually sit idle until the bills are paid, the heloc interest calculates daily, so it would be lowered by my deposited income.

Im in Massachusetss so I had Mass save (program to help with energy usage paid for by the utility companies) come through to do an energy assessment and identified there is little insulation in the entire building and that there is a lot of knob and tube wiring throughout the property.
