I don't see this with new construction inventory homes we have one for our new builds in Oregon  specifically for the lumber package which in our market is the highest priced item.. and most volatile with wide price swings.. all of the pre sold new builds in our market have this.. once the home is done and priced then of course the price is the price and we garner the 50k appreciaiton..

They have money coming in from unemployment and the stimulus package, there really is no reason not to pay.

Now what form that person takes, that's a whole other item because it does NOT have to be one selling some mentorship package.

The two deals we did small syndications with family and friends were a 57 unit in Mentor, Ohio and a 34 unit package deal in Painesville.  

But if a CPA specializes in creating LLCs and includes the Operating Agreement as part of the package, that's fine too.Transferring a property into an LLC can by done cheaply by a title or escrow agent.

I never tried paying for a mentorship alone but a package which includes a VA who helped me get my deals and a lifetime access to mentors which I found a big help than just a mentor alone.
