Joshua Tree Saloon is still the main attraction down there with some new ones like Awe Bar in YV but entertainment is still lacking for the number of annual travelers.

If they are in the home they are free to lower it back down, but most people are outdoors in FL during the day.Also you may already be aware that AI is being somewhat perfected to handle FAQ's. 

I would also put some sort of outdoor grill with the unit. 

This is extreme in that you would need to eat ramen noodles, sleep on a friends couch and have an entertainment budget of zero. 

I'll see if they'll entertain a 12mo extension, and maybe the rates will better mid-2025!
