i recently got a 2 fam in greenville, right around wilkinson and ocean ave. talking w the neighbor, the house in front is now selling for 475k!!

I’m specifically considering the True Blue area (my daughter will be in vet school there beginning next year) and thought it might be a good opportunity to diversify into student rentals.

However, out the blue, we recently received a call from our attorney basically stating he can work out a deal with the bank before the auction.

Southside used to be really bad but mixed in with blue collar, but they tore down a few blocks of vacant projects a couple years ago and more and more investors have been making it a much nicer place to live, heading towards a steady blue collar community.

My fathers Company (Rubi Business Corp) just recently purchased 180 acres of ocean view property in Tambor, Costa Rica.They are doing a development there at the moment.
