The brokers license is much the same but it is more involved and at least my questions on my test were similar to materials but not the same, you had to think.And you're right Ed, by the time the "easy way to make it types" pay for all the crap on wholesaling, they could have obtained a license, be legal, have MLS access, and sell services to the general public in connection with every house in their area that is for sale.

What the seller is not informed of is that his whizbang wheeler dealer doesn't have two nickels to rub together, has no credit to obtain a loan and, doesn't even have that partner or alternative available to sell the property when the contract was made.

It would be a good way for you to go, being compliant, fully amortized as moving out to a balloon would have a loan balance below loan minimums that wouldn't likely be obtainable.

Now, you do not need to have a masters degree to obtain a CCIM, however, it does give you 3/4 of the credits needed.
