(so bad)  Even so, I was not able to get out of the contract and had to pay the balance of the contract fee to cancel it (judge ordered). 

Leased solar systems are not able to be appraised, whereas owned systems are.

I agree with @Ryan D. above but if you are not able to sub it out yourself or don’t have any experience doing that, I have a GC I have used in Philadelphia that is thorough and excellent.
