Just saying, that's too simple, even as an observation.Inventory is a critical issue to specialize in wholesailing, our MSA is only about a half million and inventory of doable wholesale deals is pretty low, limited pretty much to the natural fallout of life events, motivavtional factors of divorce, bankruptcy, death, foreclosure, health issues, etc. 1.5 million, that's alot of possibilities!

Ours have a mantle and we have hooks underneath for those who wish to hang Christmas stockings.Our tenants don't use the fireplace as a heat source, because all of the apartments have forced air natural gas heating.
