You can add an addendum at any time as long as all parties agree, otherwise it's just at lease signing.This is usually a separate form that you can utilize if the need comes up.Then if they agree to sign that you could offer the mutual early lease termination agreement and Florida has max 2 month's penalty.. so that could work.
