Ideal situation Old lady 78 years old had hip replacement and want to sell everything. 4 properties 3 multi family Properties and a Single family property.

The last few months i have been looking into another property to buy as a rental, but i feel like the prices around me are just way overpriced to make a buck.

You can purchase a multi family home with your entitlement, live in one and rent out the others  with 100% financing.That should be your preferred method of financing for the least amount of money out of pocket.

The CT multi-family market is not very conducive to buyers right now.

I specialize in Multi-Family, Single Family and Land.

However some on here would be happy to do this deal and make 100-200 bucks a month after expenses
