Can you find a market 1-2 hours away instead of 6 hours away?

To make an informed real estate investment selection, think about initial investment, management ease, marketability, and selling value.

The entire premise of this plan relies on the appraised value of a duplex, and how much $150k gets you in your market.

You won't find anything worth while in this area that's listed you'll need to connect with wholesalers to find off market deals or do marketing to find them yourself.

I'm just not finding anything available or currently on the market that I would want to live in myself.

Would simply owning these properties through an LLC (with an associated business account) be enough to benefit from this? 

(I have no stake in this other than I just read this section in the book, and this is not some kind of marketing ploy by me.)

You want to confirm your expected income.After checking the leases and seeing what the current rents are, I’d also compare them to market rents and see how much time is left on the tenants' leases.

So far installing Blink has NO ROI or benefit.  5 units, no Rep showing us how it works or suppport. 

I don't know anything about the Richmond market.
